Meetings

The Club meets in the Magpies Club, Waitara:

The main moments of the Club take place on Thursdays:

1st Thu: General meeting of members
2nd Thu: Committee meeting
3rd Thu: Monthly outing
4th Thu: Monthly walk
5th Thu: 5th Thursday barbecue
There are many other activities such as dining out, trips away and quite a bit more.

The members themselves run everything to do with the Club, every member is invited to stand for election to the Management Committee. Members are expected to do what they can to further the aims of the club.

Members are expected to show they really want to belong by attending most of the monthly general meetings.

A main feature of the monthly meeting is a guest speaker, each considered, for the most part, to be very informative and interesting.
